  • We believe that that the more you know, the better informed you are, the better your birth experience will be. If you understand what’s happening to your body, you’re less likely to fear it and will understand how to work with it. We provide guidance based on the latest research to support your birth preparation. If you know your options, you can make informed decisions and birth like the QUEEN that you are.

  • Our postnatal classes work to restore and strengthen your body in its postpartum journey whilst honouring all that it has been through. The postures, movements and breathing exercises will release tension, build strength and mobility and hold an emphasis on pelvic floor health, back ache and any tummy separation (diastasis recti). The gentle baby yoga incorporated supports babies’ development of balance, coordination and motor skills whilst prompting a sense of playfulness, calm and relaxation.

WHERE TO START?

Tell us where you are on your path, and we'll share what we’ve got for you!

Pregnancy, birth, and motherhood are not just phases; they are profound, life-changing transformations. I am here to guide + support you as you navigate them.

What a sacred time it is. I am so pleased you have found Mother Town to support your journey from maiden to mother and beyond, I hope we can be an incredible point of support, movement, education, connection and safety (and fun!) for you.

Because it’s wild isn’t it? Growing a baby, birthing a baby, looking after a baby and yourself?! I know so, because despite being a children’s nurse and a birth nerd, being a MOTHER demands the you to dig deep into so many untouched areas of who you are and to do so whilst exhausted, whilst your body may feel alien and the world is speeding in productivity and pressure around you. Mother Town seeks to soften the transition, to hold your hand and to bring women together to ride the wild together.
